💼About the role As a Contract Coordinator, you are responsible for drafting, coordinating, and quality-assuring delivery and collaboration contracts within a large-scale technology and infrastructure project. You will work closely with project management, legal, procurement, and technical specialists to ensure that contracts are clear, traceable, and commercially sustainable.

You will also be involved in negotiations, requirement setting, and contract harmonization – with a focus on structure, quality, and long-term sustainability.

🎯We are looking for you who meet the following requirements To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Several years of experience with contract work in larger technology or infrastructure projects (recently applied)

• Several years of experience in drafting, coordinating, and structuring delivery and collaboration contracts

• Several years of experience working with complex contracts, including appendices and requirement appendices

• Experience in formulating requirement texts and contract content with high linguistic precision in Swedish

• Experience of collaborating with legal and procurement in contract processes

• Academic education in law, commercial law, industrial economics, or procurement

• Experience from rail vehicle projects

• Experience of public procurement according to LUF
